OPTION 1--SINGLE PAYMENT IN FULL: $3000USD--due November 6, 2023

OPTION 2--TWO PAYMENTS: $3000USD + $100USD (administrative fee) = two payments of $1550USD each:
Payment 1: $1550USD due November 6, 2023
Payment 2: $1550USD due February 12, 2024
YEAR 2 :
Option 1: Paid in full = $3000USD due October 31, 2024
Option 2: Two-payment option = $3000USD + $100USD administrative fee:
Payment 1: $1550USD due October 31, 2024
Payment 2: $1550USD due February 10, 2025
YEAR 3 :
$3000USD + $250USD mentoring fees=$3250USD.
Option 1: Paid in full = $3250USD due November 3, 2025
Option 2: $3250USD + $100USD Registration fee:

In addition to regular session 1-9 courses, your tuition includes:
Registration is confirmed when form is completed and tuition + fees are paid.
Eligibility to begin training requires timely payment of tuition by specified due dates.
All fee payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

DISCOUNTS:
Refer 1 participant = 5% savings for you and your referral
Refer 2 participants = 10% savings for you and your two referrals.
CANCELLATION BY WLS:
WLS reserves the right to cancel any training course year or session at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with option to reschedule for a future session date. If you are unable to attend within one year, then a refund will be issued for amount paid-to-date for that session. WLS is not responsible for travel expenses incurred (airline, rental car and/or lodging reservations) due to course cancellations. Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen issues entitles the participant to reschedule for a future training course.

Refund requests must be received prior to the specified deadline to be eligible. Eligible refund requests that are approved by the Managers will be given, less administrative and/or mentor fees. Other requests will be given consideration by the Managers on a case-by-case basis.
