Registration is confirmed when form is completed, registration fee is paid and enrollment contract submitted with signature. Eligibility to begin training requires timely payment of tuition by due dates.
DISCOUNTS: Receive discounted tuition for "Deepenings" training for your school community participants:
LATE FEES: Tuition payments not received by due date are subject to a 5% late fee.
REGISTRATION FEES: All registration fees are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLAN FEES: Some payment options incur an additional non-refundable service fee
SERVICE FEES FROM PAYMENT SERVICES (PAYPAL, ETC): Service fees incurred by payment services are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION BY WLS:
WLS reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with option to reschedule for a future session date. If you are unable to attend within one year, then a refund will be issued less non-refundable fees. In case of course cancellation, WLS is not responsible for travel expenses incurred (e.g. airline, rental car and/or lodging reservations). Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters, entitles the customer to reschedule for a future training course.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed training, submit your written cancellation request to: email@example.com
Cancellation requests received prior to the specified deadline for that session are eligible to receive a refund less non-refundable fees. No shows and cancellations not received prior to the specified deadline will incur full cost of registration & tuition for that course.

Refund requests must be received prior to the specified deadline to be eligible. Eligible refund requests that are approved by the Directors will be given less non-refundable fees.
